Who or what are QB's? Who's Sangga? It's kinda difficult to explain, but let the following suffice for now. There are about 9 QB's, the oldest being Wonder QB, Evil QB and Obssessive QB. Lately, there's CSI-QB and soon to wake up again, BB-QB. And Sangga? She's a tiger who keeps the QB's in tow. They used to be mortal enemies, but now they get along.
That's what I feel that I want to share with the world when there's 'Dinuguan' in the house! The star of the night: pork/beef stewed in pork/beef blood, green onions, onions, garlic, vinegar, 'calamansi' (Philippine lime) and hot green pepper. perfect as main dish with rice, or as snack with rice cake, or as beer food! ;-)
